About this project:

Spread over 2 linear blocks of 16 and 20 storeys, the apartments are designed as “semi-Ds in the sky” with extensive landscape grounds, swimming and recreational facilities and transitional areas. The drop-off and pick-up areas front an adjoining wetland zone that was rehabilitated as part of th project. The design also utilizes in-between spaces and zoning to mitigate the impact of an adjacent highway.
