About this project:

Designed as a medium cost condominium with a high-end facilities and finishes, Casa Green breaks free from the conventional high rise residential towers and overwhelming podium blocks. The hilly character of the site is acknowledged; and the planning and architecture of the development seek to restore the landscape and enhance the site naturally. The 3 storey car parking has the advantage of being partially subterranean while being naturally ventilated and as one enters the development through meandering roads they are immediately brought to the podium level. A tree-lined boulevard leads visitors and residents into the development and creates a sense of arrival.
