About this project:
Rymba Hills is a hillside group housing demonstration project backed against a 6 acres forest park in Petaling Jaya. The BCA Green Mark Gold Award project is designed as a gated landscaped development where the balance of community and privacy are primary considerations.
This project engages architecture and the natural landscape in a way that is sensitive to the hilly forest terrain to achieve low environmental impact.
The 80 units zero-lot climatic responsive bungalows possess visual connections to the forest park and landscaped grounds. Parklands and extensive landscaped areas are accessible to all residents.
Rymba Hills won Silver under the Multiple Residential Low-Rise category in the PAM AWARDS 2014.
