Two blocks of affordable housing on a part of Lot D4 at Sri Petaling offer convenient access to a future nearby MRT station. It takes advantage of the site’s natural terrain to create a split-level access for its drop-off and podium carpark.
The towers are arranged along the furthest boundary of the site. This gives residents maximum visual privacy from the neighbouring residential development.
